Instructions on How to Order Online
1. Choose your product by selecting the category of products you wish to purchase in the drop-down navigation. You may also search for products using the Search function located at the top right-hand corner of each page.

2. Choose the product you wish to purchase by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button or the product image. Clicking the image will take you to the product description page where you will select your desired quantity then clicking on the "Add to Cart" button. You will see the contents of your shopping cart and will be given the option to:

• Change your quantity.
• Continue shopping.
• Purchase your items by selecting the "Proceed to Checkout" button.

3. If you continue shopping, you will see your shopping cart contents on the left-hand side. Click on the "My Cart" contents at any time to view what you have in your basket or when you are ready to "Checkout."

4. Selecting the "Checkout" button will lead you to the "Checkout Page." You may checkout as a guest or as a registered member.
• If you checkout as a guest, you will then be asked to provide Billing Information, Shipping Information, Shipping Method and Payment Information.
• If you register as a member, you will be asked to provide the same information in addition to a password and an option to subscribe to our newsletter. It takes less than a minute to register and will save you time when making future purchases.
• If you have already registered with us, you will be asked to enter your login details (email address and password).

5. Order Review - This final step lists your products and the order total.

6. If you're paying via credit cards, you will be ask to enter your credit card details on our secure payment page. Once payment has been approved, you will be receive an order number. Order transactions will show on your credit card statement as AstroNutrition. You will receive an email from AstroSupplements acknowledging receipt of your order. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, check your junk mail folder.

Payment Information
Currently, we accept credit cards VISA, MasterCard, Solo and Electron.

There is also the option to pay by secured funds via money order or check. Personal checks can take up to 30 days to clear. When checking out, select payment by "Check/Money Order."

To pay by bank transfer, simply select "Bank Transfer" as the payment option when checking out. Instructions on how to transfer will be displayed. Please transfer funds within 3 business days of placing your order.

Shipping Policy

Shipping and handling is between £1.99 to £3.49 per item, depending on the shipping location; packages are sent by Air Mail. Normal delivery times are 8-11 business days and on the very rare occasion can take up to 15 business days.

At our discretion, we may upgrade your Air Mail delivery to XpressPost shipping. You will be notified via email if that does occur.

All items purchased from Astronutrition.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Shipping Policy - Backorders
If your item is on backorder, you can choose to change the item or cancel the order at any time.

If you ordered more than one item and only part of them is on backorder, we will almost always ship the in-stock items immediately. Backorders will ship as soon as it becomes available.

Shipping Policy - APO / FPO
Military orders (APO, FPO addresses) may take from one to six weeks for delivery via Air Mail and one to two weeks via XpressPost.

We highly recommend providing a civic address and contact number, in addition to the APO / FPO address, to ensure accuracy and speed of delivery.

Shipping Policy - Customs
Laws differ in every country. They also change very often. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office if the products are permitted in your country. We ship most products to all countries, however, if the package is seized by Customs, you will not be reimbursed.

If the package is returned to AstroSupplements in perfect condition, you will be fully reimbursed.

Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply, however, we'll be happy to split the bill if you send us a copy of the Customs receipt.

Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. If you are not satisfied with any item(s), you may return the unused portion within 60 days of purchase for a FULL CREDIT REFUND. We'll also provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error.
