What methods of payment do you accept?
Currently, we accept credit cards VISA, MasterCard and AMEX.  We also accept PAYPAL.  We can accept Bank Transfers, Maestro, Solo and Electron through PayPal.

You may also pay by secured funds viamoney order or check. Personal checks can take up to 30 days to clear. When checking out, select payment by "Check/Money Order."

To pay by bank transfer, simply select "Bank Transfer" as the payment option when checking out. Instructions on how to transfer will be displayed. Please transfer funds within 3 business days of placing your order.

What if my item is on backorder?
If your item is on backorder, you can choose to change the item or cancel the order at any time.

If you ordered more than one item and only part of them is on backorder, we will almost always ship the in-stock items immediately. Backorders will ship as soon as it becomes available.

Are transactions on the site secure?
All personal information (login and checkout info) is secured by 128-bit SSL encryption through GeoCerts which utilizes the highest level of encryption or security possible. This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and AstroSupplements are private and secure.

I've lost my password. How do I get a new one?
If you've lost your password, click on the "Forgotten Password" link and a new one will be sent to your email address. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your junk mail folder. Also keep in mind that the password is "case-sensitive."

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping and handling is between £1.99 to £3.49 per item, depending on the shipping location; packages are sent by Air Mail.   Orders over £99 receive free shipping. 

Xpresspost shipping is available for £39 per order with an expected delivery time of 3 to 6 business days.

How soon before my shipment arrives?
Regular Air Mail delivery times are 8-11 business days and XpressPost delivery is 3-6 business days.

Do you ship to APO / FPO addresses?
Military orders (APO, FPO addresses) may take from one to six weeks for delivery via Air Mail and one to two weeks via XpressPost.

We highly recommend providing a civic address and contact number, in addition to the APO / FPO address, to ensure accuracy and speed of delivery.

What happens if my order gets lost in the mail?
Air Mail is 99.5% reliable. Please check your local postal outlet if the item has been received, as we receive many items that are returned unclaimed.

If your package is lost, a claim will be filed with the Post Office 30 days after your item has shipped. If your package is deemed "unrecoverable", we will either send out another order or refund 100% of your purchase.

What if my order gets stopped by Customs?
Laws differ in every country. They also change very often. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office if the products are permitted in your country. We ship most products to all countries, however, if the package is seized by Customs, you will not be reimbursed.

If the package is returned to AstroSupplements in perfect condition, you will be fully reimbursed.

Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply, however, we'll be happy to split the bill if you send us a copy of the Customs receipt.

What is your return policy?
Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. If you are not satisfied with any item(s), you may return the unused portion within 60 days of purchase for a FULL CREDIT REFUND. We'll also provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error.
