EAS Phosphagen is a Creatine Monohydrate supplement that will remarkably increase your muscles’ growth and strength. It also speeds up muscle recovery after a workout.

To get the optimum results from EAS Phosphagen, follow this dietary regimen:

- Take 1 ½ tsp (5 grams) of Phosphagen and mix it with water or juice. Take this as a dietary supplement 4 times per day for 5 days. This is the “loading phase.”
- After the loading phase, take 1 ½ tsp (5 grams) of Phosphagen mixed with water or juice once or twice every day for body maintenance.
- People who weigh more than 225 lbs. should take 5 to 6 doses daily during the loading phase, and then 2 doses per day for maintenance.
- Athletes who have regular intense exercise should consume at least 120 oz. of water daily, plus another 16 oz. per pound lost during exercise.

For individuals with bodyweights greater than 225 lbs., t ake 1 1/2 teaspoons 5 to 6 times daily for the loading dose and 2 times daily for the maintenance dose.
