This stuff is actually incredible, I have lost 5lb in 2 weeks! (Posted on 8/11/11)

I've been taking Thermalean with ephedrine for a number of years and absolutely love them to keep me going. I was fairly upset when the government went and shoved their noses where it doesn't belong (AS USUAL) and took them off the shelves saying they're dangerous... which they're not! I even had an ecg done once while on them... so much for freedom of choice!? (there's absolutely NOTHING WRONG with this product but the government decided to take them off the market and don't do anything about cigarettes, coffee, alcohol or the dozens of dangerous pharmaceutical products being pushed by doctors!)

I ran out last year (I kept a few dozen for emergency) and every once in a while I'd google to see if I could find someone selling them. I was so excited and happy when I found them being sold here and I instantly ordered 2 bottles to see if they were "the real thing". That was a few months ago and I'm happy to report they are the real thing and now it's time to order a few more bottles and maybe even stock up... just in case they disappear again!!!

About Astronutirion; Lightning shipping, decent packaging and great communication. I will admit they did charge about $15 to $20 more than I used to pay but... at least they have them available! I also did notice that one of the two bottles smelled different (stronger) than the other bottle... I don't think it changed the product quality at all. (Posted on 7/27/11)

So i bought this years ago and now i've bought it again and again. They work Great!!! I Usually take one before I head to the gym and helps me push it through and have a great work out. It really does help give me energy to work out extra hard. Thermalean Is a great product and I woulr recommend it to everyone!

I ike this ephedrine product, I take one 45 minutes before a work out and it does the trick. I have been doing this for some time and there have been positive results. Obviusly a healthy diet and rest will help you get the best results. This ephedrine product pushes me over the hump on the days I am dragging my ass around the gym. (Posted on 11/13/10)

So i bought this a few years ago and now i've bought it again to try loose some weight etc. im pretty slim as it is 112 (5'4) but i've lost 5lb so far and it really does help give me energy to work out extra. but i feel not its stopped working after 2 weeks so i'll have a break for 5 days then return to thermalean! Nothing comes close to this stuff - its in a word "awesome" - i have tried all kinds and mixes and stacks of Eph etc and it doesn't matter how they read or what they say is in the capsules they don't close to this - this is as it says on the box and does all that it is meant to do! How do all! Been taking these for two weeks now and lost just over 1 and a half stone. I take them as a stack
2 tablets at about 9am every morning with a normal paracetomol and 1 caffeine tablet. It can sometimes be a little strong but will give you good results quick.

Not as effective as some of the other products on this site (ie extreme thermoburn). what id ont get is that this product claims to have 28mg ephedrine per capsule, but taking two of these has less noticible effescts than taking 2 tabs of extreme thermoburn (24mg ephedrine total). I've been trying to take this for ages now and everytime I start I can last 3 days before I can't take it anymore the mood swings I have an the depression is to much to take. Although I did manage to lose 9lb in a week. I wouldn't reccomend this to anyone sensitive to drugs. Hi Guys,Great appetite suppressent product but did'nt experience any weight loss ( i exercise regularly and have a good Diet ) Can anyone reccomend a stronger Fat Burner, high ephedrine content does'nt bother me,and i did'nt have any side effects at all from this product,i know different products effect people in many different ways,i guess i'm just lucky. Also has anyone tried the new Lipex 11 product, there are no reviews as yet ??

Shipping to the UK came very quickly, packaging was great. Full points on that front.

I've been a user of Therma Lean for a while and have gotten outstanding results in the past both in terms of increasing gym performance and weight loss. I'll always go back to Therma Lean, it's one of the best weight loss pills around.

However, it might be me, but I took a pill today (in the morning) and I don't feel it's as strong as my last bottle, so I took another a lunch time. Some how I don't feel it's as strong as it was. I've been off Therma Lean for a fortnight (beause I ran out and have been waiting for a new bottle to arrive). I've also noticed that the colour of the pills are lighter than the last bottle.

I will give this new bottle a few more days to kick in and shall report back to you.

Excellent - I've been using it for a few months now. Lost loads of weight. I have 2 in a morning as soon as I wake up (I find it takes a few hours to kick in) and I don't feel like eating all day. I do, just because I feel I should eat something. If you wanna use these to help you at the gym, take a tablet (or 2) a couple of hours before you do any exercise. Not sure what will work best on other people's bodies, but on mine they don't kick in straight away. Make me very thirsty so i'm drinking loads of water which is making me feel healthier! As i'm eating to 'stay alive' & not actually eating coz I wanna i'm eating good stuff (instead of the usual which would be chocolate) which is helping me shed weight all the more quickly. I have personally lost over 14lbs in 1 month taking Thermalean with a small increase in exercise.The only major side affect is the insomnia which is driving my wife crazy!!!! but apart from that taken with a balanced diet and moderate execise they have a dramatic effect on weightloss and more importantly hunger pangs which virtually disapear! I took nearly all of this bottle. It did help in the beginng but then becuase my bidy got addicted it stopped working. i've taken ephedra before and every itme it gives me that shakes and makes me feel sick as hell. hi , i purchased thermalean a few months ago and i have just ran out. i found these to be fantastic i had alot of extra energy, lost a stone in a month. if you only take half recomended dose i didnt seem to have to much of a side effect,yes you drink alot more and dont really feel tired at night but the good things are the weight loss, also i made the effort to still eat meals but much smaller portions which is great as i feel full much quicker . i am gutted i have ran out and astro is sold out so i shall try another i hope they are as good (Posted on 1/19/09)

First let me say these tabs work! But,and here is the crux they are an aid not the cure to weight loss!You have to combine them with a sensible eating and exercise regime and you will get results. I thought I'd write a review as I have been a dedicated Ephedra customer for some years now.
I used to use "Supercaps" from shayanashop.com but i found that the pills had an awful aftertaste if you burped (sorry!) or exhaled heavily. It made me feel ill! time to change pills I thought.

So I found out about ThermaLean and was delighted. I don't take the suggested dosage which keeps my body reacting to the pills. I don't eat anything until lunch, when I'll have one piece of fruit with ONE THERMA LEAN PILL. Then I don't feel like eating at all, have LOADS of energy and feel happy.

The side effects I experience are a very dry mouth (but this is a good thing as it encourages you to drink lots of water), slight light headed-ness, increased heart rate and nausea sometimes. These don't bother me as it stops me from eating and I am given the motivation to do other things like clean the house and complete tasks that have been left undone for months!!

I have to say, if you don't experience effects as strong as these, then you're probably a 'bigger' person and would need to increase dosage, or lose weight without pills first, then try Ephedra again.

I also tried the Ephedrine HCL pills which did nothing at all.

Ordered a bottle of these last week, fantastic delivery time! Started taking yesterday, took 1 in the morning and it didn't have an effect at all. Took 2 this morning and I have had the side effect of a dry mouth and stupidly had a coffee mid-morning and it made me go a bit light headed. I felt wired on these in the first few days and in the 1st week and had a couple of sleepless nights, but then I seemed to calm down with them. After taking ephedrine for quite a while, I fancied a change. I have been taking these over the past few days and yes they definitely suppress your appetite and give you energy but I do seem to suffer with headaches. Has this happened to anyone else? Well, its about 2 months since i first started taking these and i have to say that i am very impressed. I've shed just over a stone and feel great for it. People are commenting on how good i look and my clothes look so much better too. However, i have also been working hard at the gym (going at least 3 times per week) and have been eating sensibly so i don't think that it's all down to the thermalean i think that a combination of all 3 is the key. I have lost about almost a stone (14 pounds) so far, and still have to lose at least a stone. These are definitely the best supplements I have ever taken. Although, I have plateaud now and am stuck at 10.8 Stone. I am only 5.1" so this is still heavy for me. I feel much slimmer now though, but I would like to be about 9-9.7 stone. Does anyone know how I can re-kick start weight loss? I am going to the gym 3 x per week or so and trying to eat healthily. I also find I perspire more when taking these - but to be honest this has lessened a lot, as I have been taking them for about 2 months now. I take one cap in the morning and one around lunch time.

I have brought this product twice and will be buying a third soon. I thought it was great. I weigh more than I did before but my body fat percentage is down by 5% and I have lost three inches of my waist and three and a half off my hips. When you come off a cycle you may put on a little water I found, but after a couple of weeks, a dose of water tablets and plenty of water and fluids it resides. Just give your body a good break between cycles is my advice. And one more thing!!...start with a low dose and do not take after about 6 at night!! (Posted on 1/19/09)

I bought these over three months ago and the first time I took a capsule I felt like I had drank 1000 cups of coffee!!! I dont need to exercise at all and I havent really changed my eating pattern either. I have lost 15 to 20lbs so far and it seems to have levelled out now. I have only needed to take one capsule a day and some days I dont take any. I think the dosage is different for everyone and it really depends on what is working for you. I have been taking Thermalean for a little while now and have experienced regular slow but steady weight loss. I have now joined the gym and am going every day, but I can only go in the evening some weeks. The problem is when I go in the morning I take 2 tabs with my breakfast and have a great work out, then don't take any more in the day, but when I go in the evening I take 1 tab with breakfast and 1 with lunch, but I don't get the energy kick I usually have. This stuff is amazing. I have lost 13lbs in two weeks.You have to remind yourself to eat something as they are that good. They also give you a real boost to your workout. Powerful energy boost but poor dosage advice! Start with 1 capsule before a meal or workout, see how that affects you and work up from there. If that makes you jittery, try splitting the capsules in half - I found that as a 6' tall, 85Kg male, 1 capsule once or twice a day was plenty, my partner (4'10" 45Kg female) found 1 capsule too strong...

Basic ECA stack, but natural sources, which I personally find give far less side effects & 'comedown' than synthesised. Caffeine acts as a diuretic, so make sure you're drinking plenty of water, and avoid other caffeine sources ('red bull' type drinks, most energy booster pills, tea, coffee, coke, dr pepper & some other beverages)

The level of 'asprin' found here (from willow bark) is low, so should not cause problems if you use asprin as a painkiller.

As with all of this type of supplement, these will not simply 'burn off' your fat; while some people find them to suppress appetite, as they increase metabolism (ie your body is using up more fuel) they may increase it in others! However, combined with a controlled (not necessarily reduced) diet and exercise they will make a difference, and the instant metabolic increase should give you an 'energy boost' that may help you get up & out to the gym!

well its alsmost been over 3 months and I have to say that I have had better results with other brands with far less side affects to boot ! I have not been able to use these pills for more then a week as just one pill in the morning would wake me up in the middle of the night, got kidney pain even though I drink more then 5 litres a day when im on these and also headaches and iratability. I have ha other ECA stacks with more ephedrine in them but never suffred the side affects. SO you can make your own choice.

One last thing, I wish people would mention that the reason that they lost weight is due to them doiong more exercise and cutting out the crappy foods rather then these pills. that way we can see that it is a lifestyle change rather then a dubiouse pill that makes the difference. Starting with the 8mg ephedrine tablets, and then beginning on Thermalean a few months later, I initially lost 3 stone in about 5 months, and am now maintaining my body weight and NOT putting it back on. Have been taking thermalean for the last 2 months and have cut down on my carbs. I have lost 15lbs! Thats about 2bls a week which is healthy weight loss. These tablets are really great, they suppress my apetite and give me lots of energy. I started with 1 tablet in the morning and 1 at around lunchtime, now I take 2 mid morning and that seems to be just enough. These are strong so don't over do it! i would just like to say these are brilliant!! nearly finished my first bottle so online to order 2more i normally have terrible munchies at all times and i work in a takeaway so its really hard for me! im not big im only a twelve but i have always had a bit of a j~lo ass thing going on!!!but after this first lot taking 3~4 a day one at a time spaced out over the morning and afternnon i am down to a size 10!! i have been doing a very small amount of excercise which seems more enjoyable thanks to the kick of these! i did make the mistake of taking two as soon as they arrived and oh my god!! i had such a dry mouth and was chewing the side of my cheek and palputations!! but seriously your body gets used to the tablets after a week or so and everythings fine but do remember one at a time haha!! very good value for money these last about a month good luck all!!may i also recommend for cellulite taking gotu~kola and dry body brushing its terrific!! A word of advice - BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PRODUCT. When i first started taking them i felt jittery for about 2 weeks, but didn't panic too much as i had read the sites. I made sure i ate breakfast luch and dinner, regardless of whether i was hungrey, and drank at least 2 litres of water every day. After a while the effects settled, however if i go on holiday and don't take them for a week or two, i have the same effects for a week when i start them again. On the positive side, I kick ass at the gym and just keep going and going, and it does suppress my appetite so i don't eat between meals. I wouldn't say i had lost weight as such, but i have lost loads of body fat, the fat is turning into muscle and i have a leaner body, smaller bum, flatter stomach and less flabby arms. RESULT!! As long as you are aware of the the initial side affects and can cope with them you will be fine. If you have heart or breathing problems stay well away. If you find a whole tablet is too strong, split it and take half. The side effects will subside but if you can't cope with that don't take them. For me they work fantastically!! (Posted on 1/19/09)

Hello again - 2 week update...
I haven't been taking these properly as the side-effects (racing heart, shaky hands, jitteryness, wired feeling) aren't something I want to deal with daily. However, I've been taking one or two a day (2 days on-2 days off) and I have lost half a stone so far. The ephedrine and caffiene content in these is very high, I find one tablet is too strong for me, so I open a capsule and tip out some of the powder and the side effects aren't as powerful but I'm still seeing results.
These are an awesome appetite suppressant. They also have a pretty powerful diuretic effect - make sure you drink a lot of water if you're going to take these. (Posted on 1/19/09)

This is the first weight loss supplment I have used as I was very reluctant due to side effects ect.. Like Al im in the fitness industry and I hit a plateux. After gaining weight(18lbs) i needed to shift to road run again I tried these. After 5 weeks I lost about 3lbs and my blood pressure is through the roof.. Resting HR is 101bpm.. 80% effort level my HR was 230bpm.. Hart attact material. Im coming of these. I agree.. they are not the most healthy. Has anyone else had this trouble?? This is very good.I do find taking 2 gives me a bit of a buzzzz. Superb if you wake upfeel rough after a night on the beer. Also very good before going the gym. This one is 28% Ephadrine. 350mgs of Mau Huang does equal to 28%. In every 100mgs of Mau Huang there is 8% Ephadrine. (For those who think they are getting just 8%Ephadrine per capsule). It arrived this morning (fast postage - thanks!) and I took one tablet with breakfast before heading to the library to study for some upcoming exams. After about half an hour of walking I started feeling really light-headed and jittery and by the time I sat down at the library my heart was thudding and I felt quite shaky - I drank a litre and a half of water and felt better straight away (still a quite shaky though). These are brilliant for concentrating - I was ploughing through my revision without my mind wandering once! The effects had worn off by lunchtime and after eating I had a massive comedown and fell asleep for half an hour. I also had a bit of a backache this afternoon - felt like kidney pain but it might be from sitting at my desk all day - who knows.
Appetitewise they are great - normally I have the munchies really badly when I'm revising but these killed all urges to eat.
I don't know whether I'd feel safe exercising on these as they made my heart race at rest - I don't want to push it up any faster. Maybe tomorrow I will break a tablet and take a smaller dose. I'll review again in a week and report weight loss! (Posted on 1/19/09)

Hi dude, At least you lost weight, never mind the side affects !!!, Yes I was drinking so muh water but still feeling dehydrated and some times I would get bad kidney pains, I know that I am not sensative to Ephedrine astacks as I used to take the MD6 formula which is alot stronger but better with results and feel good factor when training. I think that this product is on the unsafe side of supplements. I dont understand how alot of people say or claim they lost weight on it as I have actualy put on 3 kg(maybe muscle) but My clothes are still tight so I havent even changed shape. definately give you a boost and stop hunger! going into my second week and don't feel the effects as much. i take one at 7.30am on an empty stomach and one about 2, an hour after eating lunch. does anyone stack these with caffene and asprin still? and do you think i should up my dosage now? any advice would be wicked! I have been taking thermalean on and off for about 6 months and it really does work i have lost about a stone in total although i haven't really been using it properly recently. I am wondering if anyone has tried combining a low carb diet and thermalean and how effctive is it cos i am sick of low calorie and just wondering if the combination is safe. (Posted on 1/19/09)

I am so glad to have found this product again. I have just placed my second order. My husband and I have been taking one a day in the morning for about three weeks now and have both lost a significant amount of weight without much heart ache. My husband in particular finds it very hard to do without big meals and says he appetite is surpressed well with this product. Hi these realy work been on them on and of for three months now. Ive lost 2 stone!! They do giev you the jitters now and then and i seem to get a very dry mouth. I am a qualified firness instructor and I have used differnt ECA stacks for years on full cycles, and the only product that has worked for me was called MD6 (Biotest), MD6 has been discontinued for a while now because the large pharmacuticle comapnies have bought the patent, anhow thats all politics. MD6 was by far the best ever ECA product, I know this from using it myself and my freinds who I train with. As for this product I havent tried yet but I have bought some and look foward to doing so, Thermoleane has very similare dossage and ingridiants to MD6, the only real difference is that MD6 used ephidine alkaloids (L-Norephedrine)which works best. anyway I will keep you nformed when I start taking them. I got these very quickly. I had read some quite worrying stuff about ephedrine on the web so took them with caution. I introduced them slowly, and yes you can feel a bit jittery and shakey, but boy do they suppress your appetite. I will continue but not at full dose on bottle. Been taking thess for a couple of weeks now, with a few days break now and then and they do the work. I started taking 1 in the morning and after a few days I went to 2. I weight 200lbs and would not go over 2 a day.

I lost about 8 pounds so far, mostly fat and it's great for extra energy during my running or mountain biking. For the same run, my heart beats at 165bpm instead of 155 bpm without thermalean.

For work days, I drink much more water than before, about 3 liters during the day and it makes me pee more often but in smaller quantities. If you feel weird, drink water! Lots of it! Cuts your appetite a bit as well.

This stuff is amazing! it supressed my appitite, gave me extra energy at the gym, I'm able to do an extra 30 minutes effortlessly.

I've been taking one tablet in the morning and one 30 minutes before working out.

Jitters only lasted a week, it certainly raised my tempreture a bit. I lost about 7lbs in a just under a fortnight.

AMAZING! I took 2 capsules 45 minutes before going to the gym and when i got on the treadmill and started my run they kicked in. i ended up running for 75 minutes and wanted to carry on running after i stopped. These give you an incredible amount of energy and weight training on them makes you feel like superman. I took them at 17:30 and could not sleep untill 2 in the morning. i would advice taking them in the morning or on a weekend during the day unless you have a big party night ahead then you have no worries of falling asleep during it. I have found i have a chronic thirst taking these. Am starting to wonder if it is these pills that are making me feel so bad. Does anyone else find that they have terrible dehydration, no matter how much they drink? I've been taking these since Wednesday last week and have lost six pounds on them! They are the highest ephedrine percentage I've been able to find so far and I usually take 2 a day, the second four hours after the first. I plan to take them for a month so hope they will continue to work for that long, then I want to take something eph-free for two weeks before going back on them.

Been taking these now for nearly 2 weeks, They are Very strong (at first), I am taking 1 in the morning at around 8 o'clock then another at about 3 for my workout at 6, always take them with some food, and i wouldnt reccommend taking after 6 as i couldnt sleep till about 4 AM the other morning.
I did get the shakes at first (not too bad) but if you keep taking them regularly they are fine and it soon goes.
Now the good points.......... I have alot more energy especially in the gym, It also makes your muscles feel slighty tense all day and mine have built up much faster than normal. My appetite has almost vanished, no need for snacks and sometimes i just make myself eat dinner because i know i should have something. I definatly rate these (probably not for long term use) i have lost weight and feel alot better, as long as you take them regularly everyday they should be fine, dont be put off by your first one because they can make you feel a little strange ! For the first few days you take these u get really bad shakes and it actually makes you want to eat to stop them! I started using this about a month ago. I started by taking 1 in the morning and 1 at lunch. This gave me the shakes BIG time! Even working out did not help.
I now take 1 in the afternoon about 2 hours before my workout. I take it with a meal replacement so I don't get the shakes but still get the energy.
I think I am getting immune to them now so I am going to start the morning routine again.

Well i took one of these pills yesterday, about 6pm. and although i had the full on hit yesterday night i felt ok. but i have had no sleep at all what so ever! I feel like S***. So can abybody tell me, have they had problems with sleeping or sleep patterns, or was it because i took too late at night, should i take in the mornings, then ill get a good nights sleep!? How to take properly............
First of all, great, fast service - 4 days to UK.
Secondly, I have taken ECA stacks for years on and off and this really is one of the best I have evr tried - great energy buzz and appetite suppression.
However, I strongly recommend that you do not take 2 pills at once - this is way too much ephedrine and caffeine at one time for your system to handle. Rather, take one first thing in the morning, one around lunch and one late afternoon or before an evening workout. Always take with plenty of water and you should find that the jitters don't happen.
